I purchased my car from MotorHouse in Feb 2025. Very laid back approach from the salesman. Not pushing at all. We were left alone and given plenty of time to look over the car. Had a long test drive, again on our own and not rushed in any way.
We agreed the sale and completed all the necessary paperwork on the same day without any hassle. Took the car home the same day and we've been very happy with it since. No issues.

I bought a Land Rover Freelander 2 from Motorhouse Bedfordshire, and had it delivered to my home by Jim, a great chap, friendly and professional, who handed over the paperwork and keys. I drove the car for a few days and then had it assessed by a Land Rover mechanic. The mechanic reported that my car was in excellent condition, and had obviously been very well looked after by the previous owner. He even went so far as to say that it was one of the best he had seen ! I am very pleased with my purchase and the staff at Motorhouse, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Everyone was very welcoming on arrival, allowed to look around the car at our own pace without being bothered and pushed into anything. Any questions answered fully. Bought our car immediately. I recently bought a Toyota Rav 4 from Motorhouse. Everything was done over the phone and I felt everything went well. There was a slight delay with the delivery of the car because it had to have a Recall from Toyota. The delay was because Toyota could not fit it in for nearly three weeks. Motorhouse kept me informed and delivered the car as soon as the recall was sorted. I found Motorhouse very easy to deal with and would highly recomend them.

What a truly nice bunch of people. I dealt mainly with Alex and Libby, both lovely. I purchased a Range Rover SV Autobiography from them. Whilst there was a little confusion getting the car MOT'ed and a slight delay in picking it up, I was kept informed and when I arrived to collect I was very well looked after and felt very pleased with the service and proposition of Motorhouse (Beds ) Ltd. They delivered the car to my home in Kent free of charge. They also supplied me with a six months warranty, and a fresh MOT.

First of all I would like to say how helpful Alex was with reassuring me and my husband with buying the car we wanted. We put our trust in Alex and did the exchange to purchase our dream vehicle. Audi Q3 totally in love with it. Good communication all our questions was answered. The vehicle was a few days late due to going to Audi for a check and omg I was starting to think what have we done my family was very apprehensive thinking it wouldn't arrive. On Friday a very nice gentleman brought my car I was expecting it to be on a trailer. The very nice man said they drive and deliver the vehicle to ensure it drives well and there are no issue and if there had of been they would have taken it back to be checked over. The gentleman was very polite I drove him to the train station to ensure he was okay which he was very grateful for. The attitude was professional from the beginning of my communication with Libby and Alex and we managed to reach an agreement smoothly and effectively. On the day of the purchase, due to a delay in the laundry we were treated very well by the manager so we spent an hour and the nearby gastro pub for a lunch while waiting for the car to be ready. I recently purchased an X5 from Alex and I was really pleased with it. Unfortunately it developed a hefty oil leak after a couple of days. I spoke with Alex about it and he was only too happy to have the car back to fix it. He also provided me with a courtesy car while the work was completed. Purchased my car through Alex and on delivery a fault came up for the suspension. The car was returned to them where both Aftab and Alex were very helpfull in resolving the suspension issue and through mutual agreement the suspension was fixed and the car returned to me.
